In order to cancel your Premium subscription, you must stop your recurring payment through PayPal. If you want to upgrade your membership, you FIRST need to stop your current recurring PayPal membership payment. You can then upgrade to the new membership level. This is a limitation of PayPal, and is currently the only way that this can be done.
